Manage technology, operational and AI risk before it manages you
Every automation program, cloud migration and AI deployment adds risk alongside value: new systems with privileged access, decisions made by software, data flowing to new places. Roshan Consulting helps Ontario businesses identify, quantify and control those risks with the same rigour we bring to delivering the technology itself.

Why risk management belongs in every technology program
The best time to assess risk is before a bot gets production credentials, before an AI agent is allowed to act on customer data, and before a vendor contract is signed. We embed risk management into delivery rather than auditing it afterwards.

We work alongside your IT, security, compliance and business owners so controls are proportionate: enough to protect the organization, not so heavy that automation and AI initiatives stall.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our risk management engagements.
Who do you typically work with?
Mid-sized and enterprise organizations in Ontario and across North America – lending, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and public sector – that are automating processes or adopting AI and need the risks managed properly.
How does an engagement start?
With a short scoping call, then a two-to-three-week assessment: interviews, system and process reviews, and a ranked risk register with recommended controls and a costed remediation plan.
Do you only cover AI risk?
No. We cover technology, automation, operational and third-party risk as well. AI and agent risk is a specialty because of our research and delivery work in that area.
Which frameworks do you align to?
NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO 27001/27005, MITRE ATLAS for AI threats, and Canadian and EU regulatory expectations where they apply to your business.
Will this slow down our automation or AI projects?
It should do the opposite. Clear, proportionate controls agreed up front remove the late-stage security and compliance blockers that usually stall projects before go-live.
Can you stay on after the assessment?
Yes. Many clients retain us for ongoing risk reviews, governance of their automation centre of excellence, or as a fractional risk and AI-governance lead.
