Which ERP platforms do you work with?
Primarily Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance, plus integrations with SAP and legacy systems. We are not a reseller, so our recommendation is based on your fit-gap, not on commission.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused mid-market implementation typically runs four to nine months depending on modules, data quality and integrations. We phase go-lives so the business is never waiting on a single big-bang cut-over.
We already have an ERP – can you still help?
Yes. Much of our work is optimizing existing ERPs: cleaning up processes, adding integrations and automating the manual steps around the system with RPA and Power Automate.
How do you handle data migration?
We profile and cleanse master data early, run multiple trial loads, and reconcile every migrated balance with finance before go-live, so the first month-end in the new system closes cleanly.
What does it cost?
