Roshan Consulting Services (“Roshan Consulting”, “we”, “us”) operates this website at https://roshanconsulting.ca. Our Canadian office is at 104-2600 Skymark Ave, Mississauga, ON L4W 5B2, and our U.S. office is at Sunset Blvd Suite 245, New Castle, DE 19720. What personal information we collect
- Contact forms and email. When you contact us or request an assessment, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide, and use them only to respond to your request.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie notice.
- Cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Optional analytics cookies are described above. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie notice or your browser settings.
- Talent applications. If you submit a résumé or apply for a placement, we collect the information in your application and use it to assess your fit for roles with our clients. We do not share it without your consent.
How we use and share information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver consulting and staffing services, operate and improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (hosting, email, analytics, CRM), who may process it only on our instructions, and where required by law.
Where data is stored and how long we keep it
Website data is hosted in North America. We keep enquiry and application records for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer retention is required by law or by a client engagement.
Your rights
Under Canada’s PIPEDA and applicable provincial and U.S. state laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent to optional processing such as analytics. Write to info@roshanconsulting.ca and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to personal information is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
